The recruitment component implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), was a smaller though crucial part of the overarching Project on “Promoting Decent Work through Good Governance, Protection and Empowerment of Migrant Workers: Ensuring the Effective Implementation of the Sri Lanka National Labour Migration Policy” implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO), and Supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) this project is part of two processes – one international and one internal.
