The purpose of this study was to conduct a baseline survey to analyze the present situation of the Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in 08 selected districts where (FDR) has implemented its programs during previous project phase. Prior to moving to its next project phase, FDR identified the importance of a baseline survey to collect a set of data to be compared at the end of the project so that outcomes of the project could be measured.
The objective of the baseline survey is to collect data of the present situation of PWDs in the selected 08 districts,
- to be compared with the end line survey data to measure the progress of the project,
- to be used as means to measure the set indicators of the project,
- to be used as source to create suitable programs to improve the life standards of PWDs.
