The main objective of the Training Needs Assessment is to ascertain the current training needs of different categories of Officers in Pradeshiya Sabhas in order to achieve a measureable change in the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery to citizens living in Pradeshiya Sabase located in the Central and Uva Provinces.
